Product Type
Starter Site Kits are customized digital website products delivered electronically.
No physical goods are provided.
Purchase Flow
All purchases follow this sequence:
- Customer configuration
- Preview of the configured product
- Explicit customer approval
- Payment
- Digital delivery
Approval is required before checkout and confirms acceptance of the previewed product.
Delivery
Delivery occurs digitally via file export, secure download link, or account or platform access.
Delivery is considered complete when the product has been made available to the customer.
No Performance Guarantees
Neural Grain does not guarantee:
- Revenue, leads, or business outcomes
- Search engine rankings
- Conversion performance or results
The product is provided as configured and approved.
Intellectual Property and License
All underlying templates, systems, and tooling remain the property of Neural Grain, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Customers receive a license to use the delivered website for their own business.
Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is."
Neural Grain's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
