Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Contact Form Submissions on Customer Websites
Websites built with a Site Launch Kit include a contact form that routes submissions through Neural Grain to the website owner. When a visitor submits that form, we receive the details they enter — typically a name, phone number, email address, requested service, and message.
We use this information only to forward the submission to the website owner and to keep a record so that an email delivery failure does not lose their message. The website owner is responsible for how they handle submissions once received.
