Refund and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all Starter Site Kits sold by Neural Grain.


Digital, Customized Product

Starter Site Kits are customized digital products created based on customer-provided configuration choices.

Because the product is made to order and delivered digitally, all sales are final after delivery, except as explicitly stated below.


Preview and Explicit Approval

Before payment is accepted:

  • A preview of the configured website is provided
  • The customer must explicitly confirm approval to proceed to checkout

Approval confirms acceptance of the previewed configuration and structure.


Payment and Delivery Confirmation

Payment is processed after preview approval at checkout.

After successful payment:

  • The approved product is provisioned
  • Delivery is completed digitally via:
    • Secure download link
    • File export
    • Account or platform access

Delivery is considered complete once access or files are made available to the customer.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Proven failure to deliver the approved product
  • Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after approval or delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with business results or performance
  • Failure to use, download, or deploy delivered materials
  • Delays caused by missing or incorrect customer information
  • Third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or platforms

Delivery Disputes

If you believe delivery failed, you must contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Failure to report delivery issues within this period constitutes acceptance of delivery.
